“Albergo Diffuso di Corippo” in Valle Verzasca

We have the honor to announce that our Chef and creative mind Jeremy Gehring has been selected, thanks to his culinary and managerial qualities, to manage the project of the scattered hotel “albergo diffuso” in Corippo in the Verzasca Valley. This renowned project initiated by the Corippo Foundation 1975 received the “Hotel innovations Award” in 2017 and aims to transform the small Ticino village of Corippo into a village hotel, renovating and expanding the town’s Osteria and renovating several traditional houses as well as a historic mill.
Jeremy will maintain his role of quality and product development manager  within the family pasta factory and will bring his savoir-faire and his passion for gastronomy to this beautiful project. Di Lella thus further strengthens his bond with the world of cuisine and the magic of the Ticino region, which are the source of inspiration behind each of our recipes.
