Gnocchi are part of our DNA 😌. We have been producing them since 1968. The recipe for the “gnocchi di patate“ is pretty much still the same as Antonio’s first one. For me, what makes them special is the texture after cooking them 🧑🍳 (plus many other things 😉, but you have to try them first) congrats to our team 👏
