Our fresh potato gnocchi are the most appreciated in Ticino. A recipe that has remained unchanged for 50 years and continues to delight both adults and children. Light, and with a consistence remaining perfect after cooking, they are excellent with beef bolognese, tomato sauce, gorgonzola or a simple butter and sage condiment.
