A delicious variation of the classic potato gnocchi, the spinach gnocchi are also known as “cicche del nonno” and are especially loved by children. Spinach do not only give the gnocchi’s nice green colour but also blend perfeclty with the delicate flavour of potatoes. Excellent with creamy cheese sauce.
